考虑柔性负荷资源参与调控的农牧园区经济运行策略OA

在全球低碳经济转型背景下,农牧业作为重要的温室气体排放源,其传统能源利用模式正面临效率低下与运营成本偏高等挑战,严重制约农牧园区的可持续发展.因此,本文提出一种考虑柔性负荷资源参与调控的农牧园区综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)优化调度策略.首先,基于农牧园区能源结构特征,建立涵盖生物质发电、有机废弃物循环利用的农牧园区综合能源系统模型;其次,引入碳配额交易机制,构建碳-能联合成本模型,量化系统碳排放经济成本;最后,考虑系统运行成本与碳交易成本,提出以总成本最低为目标的农牧园区综合能源系统优化调度策略.通过某农牧园区综合能源系统仿真分析,本文所提优化策略可有效提高农牧园区综合能源系统能源利用率,园区运行总成本降低1.07%,热净负荷峰谷差减少41.51%,有效提高经济环境综合效益.

In the context of global low-carbon economic transformation,agriculture and animal husbandry,as important sources of greenhouse gas emissions,are facing challenges in their traditional energy utilization model,including low efficiency and high operating costs,which seriously limits the sustainable development of agricultural and animal husbandry parks.Therefore,the paper proposes an optimized scheduling strategy for the integrated energy system(IES)of agricultural and animal husbandry parks considering flexible load resources participating in regulation.Firstly,based on the energy structure characteristics of agricultural and animal husbandry parks,an IES model is established that includes biomass power generation and organic waste recycling;Secondly,a carbon quota trading mechanism is introduced to construct a carbon-energy joint cost model that quantifies the economic cost of system carbon emissions;Finally,considering both system operating costs and carbon trading costs,an IES optimization scheduling strategy for agricultural and animal husbandry parks is proposed with the goal of minimizing the total cost.Through simulation analysis of an IES of agricultural and animal husbandry park,the optimization strategy proposed in this article can effectively improve the energy utilization efficiency of the IES,reduce the total operating cost of the park by 1.07%,and reduce the peak-valley difference of heat net load by 41.51%,effectively improving the comprehensive economic and environmental benefits.
