基于改进Shapley值法的社区综合能源系统收益分配与协同优化OA
Community Integrated Energy System Revenue Distribution and Collaborative Optimization Based on Improved Shapley Value Method
针对社区综合能源系统中多方主体协作过程中存在收益分配不均和求解效率低下的问题,提出一种基于加权分层Shapley值法的能源系统协同优化与高效分配方法.首先,建立社区综合能源系统的协同运行框架,分析了微网运营商与各产消者之间的博弈关系.然后,针对传统Shapley值法在大规模系统下计算复杂度高、分配激励不足的问题,设计结合光伏发电盈余量加权的分层Shapley值分配机制,实现对绿色能源贡献者的有效激励,同时保障各参与方的基础收益.所提模型通过主从博弈与合作博弈相结合,优化了社区内能量互济和共享储能的利用效率.最后,通过算例仿真,验证了本文方法在提升分配效率、公平性和经济激励方面的优越性,并展现了在多产消者不断扩展和共享储能协同场景下的良好推广价值.
To address the issues of uneven benefit distribution and low computational efficiency arising from multi-party collaboration in community integrated energy systems,this paper proposes an energy system collaborative optimization and efficient distribution method based on a weighted hierarchical Shapley value approach.First,a cooperative operation framework for community integrated energy systems is established,analyzing the game relationship among microgrid operators,producers,and consumers.Secondly,addressing the high computational complexity and insufficient incentive distribution associated with the traditional Shapley value method in large-scale systems,a hierarchical Shapley value distribution mechanism combined with the weighted surplus of photovoltaic power generation is designed.This mechanism effectively incentivizes green energy contributors while ensuring the basic income of all participants.The proposed model combines master-slave games with cooperative games to optimize the efficiency of energy mutual assistance and shared energy storage within the community.Finally,case simulations validate the superiority of this method in improving distribution efficiency,fairness,and economic incentives,demonstrating its strong potential for application in scenarios involving the continuous expansion of multiple producers and consumers sharing energy storage collaboratively.
