免疫检查点抑制剂在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中的研究进展OA

Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN)is caused by the abnormal development and proliferation of gesta-tional trophoblastic cells,and includes invasive mole,choriocarcinoma,placental site trophoblastic tumor,and epithelioid trophoblastic tumor.Although chemotherapy is the mainstream and effective initial treatment,with a complete cure rate of o-ver 80％,some patients develop drug resistance during treatment,leading to poor outcomes,treatment failure,and even death.Therefore,the management of drug-resistant and relapsed patients remains a clinical challenge.In recent years,im-mune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have achieved major breakthroughs in oncology.The strategy of combining ICIs with chemotherapy offers a new approach for the treatment of GTN.Currently,there are few systematic reviews on the application of ICIs combined with chemotherapy in GTN.This review aims to systematically summarize the research progress of ICIs com-bined with chemotherapy and other treatment modalities,and to further elaborate on their mechanisms of action,efficacy,and safety.Additionally,this article will discuss the prospects of ICIs combined with other treatment strategies and future re-search directions,with the goal of providing references for clinical practice and subsequent studies.
