中国是全球高分子薄膜制造和消费大国,但高端薄膜材料长期依赖进口,亟需揭示加工基础原理,突破技术瓶颈.传统表征技术难以捕捉加工中微观结构的动态演化,导致研发陷入"加工-性能"黑箱.同步辐射X射线散射技术凭借高时间高空间分辨和高穿透能力等独特优势,实现了加工过程中微观结构的原位、实时、无损观测,为破解难题提供关键支撑.梳理作者团队的相关成果:构建覆盖高分子薄膜主流工艺的同步辐射联用实验平台,开发基于机器学习的数据处理工具;厘清分子链演化机理,揭示多外场耦合下高分子结晶、相变与形变规律;成功赋能聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、三醋酸纤维素(TAC)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)等高端薄膜的国产化攻关,解决多项技术难题,推动产业从"经验试错"向"机理驱动"转型.

China is a major global producer and consumer of polymer films.However,China still needs to import many advanced film materials.This has been the case for a long time.It limits the growth of industry and is a key challenge.Traditional research meth-ods struggle to capture real-time changes in the material structure during manufacturing,leaving the relationship between processing conditions and final performance poorly understood—often referred to as a"black box".Synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering technol-ogy offers a powerful solution.It allows scientists to watch and analyze structural changes as they happen during film production,with-out damaging the material.This survey highlights the key contributions of the authors'group in this field.The team has built advanced experimental platforms that work with the synchrotron light and cover most mainstream industrial processes.The authors have also de-veloped intelligent data-analysis tools utilizing machine learning.Through this approach,the team has uncovered how polymer chains arrange,crystallize,and transform under complex processing conditions.These insights have helped solve critical technical challenges in developing homegrown versions of high-end films,such as PVA,PVB,PET,and TAC.As a result,the industry is shifting from a traditional trial-and-error approach toward a science-driven development model.
