聚酮(polyketone,POK)是一种由烯烃与一氧化碳(CO)共聚形成的工程塑料,兼具综合性能优异与环境友好特性.系统综述POK在催化合成领域的研究进展,聚焦于催化剂设计与聚合物结构调控两个核心方向.详细梳理钯、镍等金属催化体系的研究进展,重点探讨如何通过配体工程实现对聚合物链序列结构(如交替/非交替排列)的精准调控,以及从CO与乙烯共聚拓展至α-烯烃及极性单体参与的三元共聚以优化材料性能的相关策略.总结了该领域在提升催化效率、揭示反应机制以及开发绿色工艺等方面取得的研究突破,并对未来发展方向如廉价金属催化剂的创新、聚合物结构的精准调控等进行了展望,旨在为我国聚酮材料的研发与产业化提供理论参考.

Polyketone(POK)is an engineering plastic synthesized through the polymerization of carbon monoxide and olefins,which combines excellent comprehensive properties and environmentally friendly characteristics.This article systematically reviews the research progress in its catalytic synthesis,focusing on two core directions:catalyst design and polymer structure regulation.It pro-vides a detailed overview of research findings on palladium-and nickel-based catalytic systems,with an emphasis on how ligand engi-neering enables precise control over the sequence structure of polymer chains(e.g.,alternating/non-alternating arrangements).The re-view also discusses strategies for expanding from CO/ethylene copolymerization to terpolymerization involving α-olefins or polar mono-mers to optimize material performance.Furthermore,it summarizes research breakthroughs in the field,including improvements in catalytic efficiency,insights into reaction mechanisms,and the development of green processes.Finally,the article outlines future de-velopment directions,such as innovations in low-cost metal catalysts and precise regulation of polymer structures,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the research,development,and industrialization of polyketone materials in China.
