白及块茎有效成分化学计量评价标准及与抗氧化活性相关性分析OA
Stoichiometric Evaluation Criteria for Effective Components of Bletilla striata Tuber and Correlation Analysis with Antioxidant Activities
[目的]采用化学计量法评价不同地区、年龄白及块茎的品质,建立白及块茎有效成分化学计量分级标准.[方法]以云岩区(Y)、播州区(B)和施秉县(S)1、2和3 a的白及块茎为研究对象,测定白及多糖(P)、白及苷(M)、总酚(TP)、抗氧化活性,采用化学计量法对白及3个有效成分化学计量特征进行研究.[结果]不同地区、年龄白及块茎有效成分的含量、化学计量特征以及抗氧化活性均有差异,不同年龄白及多糖含量表现为1 a>2 a>3 a,总酚、有效成分化学计量特征、抗氧化活性均以施秉县3 a最高;云岩区、播州区白及苷含量特征表现为3 a>2 a>1 a,以施秉县2 a白及苷含量最高;多糖与有效成分化学计量特征及抗氧化活性呈负相关,总酚与有效成分化学计量特征及抗氧化活性呈正相关;并根据聚类分析将有效成分化学计量特征分成3级.[结论]白及有效成分化学计量比值大小主要取决于多糖和总酚;白及有效成分化学计量特征的比值越高,其抗氧化活性越好.化学计量评价对于白及块茎品质的评价有重要指导意义.
[Objective]This study aimed to evaluate the quality of Bletilla striata tubers from different re-gions and ages using stoichiometric methods,and to establish stoichiometric grading criteria for the ac-tive components in B.striata tubers.[Method]The B.striata tubers of 1,2,and 3 years of age col-lected from Yunyan District(Y),Bozhou District(B),and Shibing County(S)were used as research materials.The contents of Bletilla polysaccharide(P),militari(M),total phenols(TP),and antioxi-dant activity were determined.Stoichiometric methods were employed to investigate the stoichiometric characteristics of three active components in B.striata.[Result]Differences in the contents,stoichio-metric characteristics,and antioxidant activity of active components were observed among B.striata tu-bers from different regions and ages.The Bletilla polysaccharide content across different ages followed the order:1 a>2 a>3 a.Total phenols,stoichiometric characteristics of active components,and antioxi-dant activity were highest in 3-year-old tubers from Shibing County.The militari content in tubers from Yunyan District and Bozhou District followed the order:3 a>2 a>1 a,with the highest militari content found in 2-year-old tubers from Shibing County.Polysaccharide content was negatively correlated with the stoichiometric characteristics of active components and antioxidant activity,while total phenol con-tent was positively correlated with these parameters.Based on cluster analysis,the stoichiometric charac-teristics of active components were classified into three grades.[Conclusion]The stoichiometric ratio of active ingredients in Bletilla striata tubers mainly depends on polysaccharides and total phenols,better antioxidant activity was indicated by a larger ratio of active component stoichiometric characteristics of Bletilla striata.Stoichiometric evaluation has important guiding significance for the quality evaluation of Bletilla striata tuber.
