基于MaxEnt模型的甘孜州高原鼠兔种群空间分布及防控对策OA
Spatial Distribution and Control Strategies of Plateau Pikas in Ganzi Prefecture Based on the MaxEnt Model
[目的]探讨高原鼠兔在四川省甘孜藏族自治州的地理分布格局及其关键环境驱动因子,旨在为区域草地生态保护与鼠害精准防控提供科学依据.[方法]基于1 197个高原鼠兔有效分布数据,结合气候和地形环境变量,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)预测其潜在适生区.[结果]模型预测精度较高(AUC=0.925),影响分布的核心环境因子是气温年较差,贡献率为68.1%.高原鼠兔适生区总面积占全州总面积的20.9%,其中高、中和低适生区面积分别为5.63×105、8.93×105和1.45×106 hm2.高原鼠兔种群主要呈集群分布,其潜在适生区与实际鼠害发生区域存在"适生未发生"现象.[结论]后续防控工作应聚焦于高适生区及中适生区退化草原,建立分级监测预警体系,实施分区精准防控.
[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the spatial distribution of plateau pika(Ochotona cur-zoniae)in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province,and identify the key environmental factors driving its distribution,so as to provide a scientific basis for regional grassland ecological conser-vation and rodent pest management.[Method]A total of 1,197 valid occurrence records of plateau pika were obtained via field surveys.Combined with climatic and topographic variables,the MaxEnt model was used to predict the potential suitable distribution areas of plateau pika in the study region.[Result]The MaxEnt model achieved high prediction accuracy,with an AUC value of 0.925.Annual temperature range was identified as the dominant environmental factors affecting the distribution of plateau pika in Ganzi Prefecture,with a percent contribution of 68.1%.The total suitable habitat area accounted for 20.9%of the total land area of the prefecture,among which highly,moderately,and lowly suitable habi-tats covered 5.63×105 hm2,8.93×105 hm2 and 1.45×106 hm2,respectively.The plateau pika exhibited an aggregated spatial distribution,and an obvious"suitability without occurrence"pattern was detected between the predicted suitable habitats and actual infestation areas.[Conclusion]Accordingly,future rodent control should prioritize degraded grasslands within highly and moderately suitable habitats,estab-lish a hierarchical monitoring and early-warning system,and carry out precise prevention and control measures.
