微生物肥不同比例替代化肥对高油酸花生生长发育及产量品质的影响OA
Effect of Different Proportions of Microbial Fertilizer Replacing Chemical Fertilizer on Growth and Development and Yield and Quality of High Oleic Acid Peanut
[目的]探讨微生物肥不同比例替代化肥在高油酸花生种植中的应用效果,为实现化肥减量增效提供科学依据.[方法]以高油酸花生品种冀花915为对象,以常规施肥为对照(CK),研究微生物肥不同比例替代化肥(0%,20%,30%)对高油酸花生生长发育及产量品质的影响.[结果]与对照相比,微生物肥替代化肥比例为0%和20%时均可显著提高花生的SPAD、主茎粗和分枝数,促进了花生的光合作用,花生的百果重、百仁重显著提高,空秕果率显著下降,最终分别显著增产6.03%和5.42%;微生物肥替代化肥比例为30%时花生的SPAD、主茎粗、分枝数、百果重、百仁重均显著降低,生长发育受到抑制,最终导致产量显著降低了6.80%.此外,与对照相比,施用微生物肥后均可显著提高花生的根瘤数、根瘤鲜重和固氮酶活性,促进了固氮作用,并显著提高了花生蛋白质含量、油酸含量和油亚比,改善了花生品质.[结论]微生物肥替代化肥比例为20%的综合效果最佳,可作为本区域化肥减量增效的有效措施.
[Objective]This study investigates the effects of substituting chemical fertilizer with different proportions of microbial fertilizer in the cultivation of high-oleic acid peanuts,thereby providing a scien-tific basis for reducing chemical fertilizer use while increasing its efficiency.[Method]Using the high-oleic acid peanut cultivar Jihua 915 as the test material and conventional fertilization as the control(CK),the effects of substituting chemical fertilizer with different proportions of microbial fertilizer(0%,20%,and 30%)on the growth,development,yield,and quality of high-oleic acid peanuts were studied.[Result]Com-pared with the control,substituting chemical fertilizer with 0%and 20%microbial fertilizer significantly increased peanut SPAD value,main stem diameter,and branch number,thereby promoting photosynthesis.Under these treatments,the hundred-pod weight and hundred-kernel weight increased significantly,while the rate of blighted and aborted pods decreased significantly,ultimately leading to significant yield increases of 6.03%and 5.42%,respectively.When the substitution rate reached 30%,peanut SPAD value,main stem diameter,branch number,hundred-pod weight,and hundred-kernel weight all decreased significantly,growth and development were inhibited,and yield was significantly reduced by 6.80%.In addition,com-pared with the control,the application of microbial fertilizer significantly increased the number of root nodules,fresh weight of root nodules,and nitrogenase activity,thereby promoting nitrogen fixation.It also significantly increased peanut protein content,oleic acid content,and the oleic acid-to-linoleic acid(O/L)ratio,thereby improving peanut quality.[Conclusion]The substitution of chemical fertilizer with 20%microbial fertilizer yielded the best comprehensive effect and can be recommended as an effec-tive measure for reducing chemical fertilizer use while increasing efficiency in this region.
