高端韭菜"囤韭"露地养根及设施囤栽关键技术研究OA
Research on Key Techniques for Open-field Root Cultivation and Protected Storage of High-end'Stored Chinese Chives'
为破解传统囤韭种植痛点,本文系统总结了囤韭从栽培前准备、根株培育、养根、刨根、囤根管理到分期采收的全流程关键技术.通过优化传统栽培模式,该技术可实现每667 m2产值5.0万～10.5万元,达到了技术升级与效益提升的协同增效.最后,针对生产中用工量大、劳动强度高等问题提出机械化作业改进方向,同时结合消费市场特点提出适度规模化发展的建议.
To address the challenges of traditional stored Chinese chives cultivation,this paper systematically summarizes the key techniques for the entire process of stored Chinese chives,including pre-planting preparation,rootstock cultivation,root maintenance,root digging,storage management,and phased harvesting.By optimizing traditional cultivation methods,this technique achieves an output value of 50 000 to 105 000 yuan per 667 m2,realizing both technological advancement and enhanced economic benefits.Finally,to address issues such as high labor demand and intensive labor in production,improvements in mechanized operations are proposed,along with recommendations for moderate large-scale development based on the characteristics of the consumer market.
