茄子单倍体育种研究进展OA
Research Progress on Microspore Culture of Eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)
茄子(Solanum melongena L.)是世界范围内广泛种植的重要蔬菜作物,但其传统育种技术耗时较长且效果不佳.单倍体育种技术是快速获得双单倍体株系的有效技术途径之一,可极大缩短育种周期,培育优良种质,其主要包含花药培养及小孢子培养技术.本文综述了近年来茄子花药培养及小孢子培养技术的研究进展,重点总结了基因型、小孢子发育时期、预处理条件、培养基及激素组合、培养基附加物质等对茄子愈伤组织和胚胎产生的影响,分析了当前研究中存在的主要问题,包括培养过程污染率偏高、出胚率偏低且基因型依赖性显著、胚状体成苗周期过长等,并对茄子单倍体技术的应用前景进行展望,以期为茄子单倍体育种技术研究的发展提供参考.
Eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)is widely cultivated around the world as a vital vegetable crop,however,its conventional breeding techniques are the time-consuming and relatively ineffective.Haploid breeding technology is served as one of the effective technical approaches for rapidly obtaining double haploid(DH)lines,thus enabling significant shortening of breeding cycle and facilitating the development of elite germplasm.The technology of haploid breeding mainly includes anther culture and microspore culture.In this paper,the progresses of eggplant anther culture and microspore culture in recent years are reviewed,focusing on the effects of genotype,microspore development stage,pretreatment conditions,medium and hormone combination,and medium additives on eggplant callus and embryo production.Furthermore,the main problems existing in the current research and the prospects for the application of eggplant haploid technology are analyzed,including high contamination rates during the cultivation process,low embryogenesis rates with significant genotype dependence,and an excessively long embryoid-to-plantlet cycle.This review will provide useful references for the development of haploid breeding technology in eggplant.
