堆垛机自动测量数据方法研究OA
传统测量自动化立体库货架的方法是指通过人工操作工具或者设备,对立体库货架的尺寸、位置、状态等信息进行采集和记录.相对于自动化测量,人工测量耗时较长、测量结果可能受到操作人员技术和经验的影响、在高处或复杂环境中测量存在安全隐患等.为了解决以上问题,文中利用传感器按照预设的程序和算法进行测量货架数据,在PLC中对数据进行采集和处理,保证了测量结果的准确性.
Conventional automated warehouse shelf measurement involves manual operation of tools or equipment to collect and record information regarding shelf dimensions,location,and status.Compared with automated measurement,manual methods are time-consuming,results are susceptible to technician skill and experience,and safety hazards exist when measuring at height or in complex environments.To address these issues,sensors are used to measure shelf data according to preset programs and algorithms,with data acquisition and processing performed in a PLC,ensuring measurement accuracy.
