针对高速铁路建设中缺乏40 m跨/1 000吨级大跨度箱梁运架装备的行业难题,文中以某城际铁路为依托,围绕模块化装配、自动化控制、智能化升级的理念,系统地开展了搬梁机、运梁车与架桥机的成套设计与改造研究.通过对 32 m跨/900 吨级搬梁机进行结构优化和动力适配性改造,实现了向40 m跨/1 000 吨级设备的低成本升级.同时,创新研制了YLS1000 型过隧运梁车,采用低位驼梁技术与组合转向系统,突破了大吨位箱梁在标准隧道内的运输瓶颈.此外,配套开发的TJ-JQS1000/40 型架桥机,具备协同作业、高精度架设的能力,形成了覆盖 20~40 m跨/1 000 吨级箱梁的完整运架体系.该技术已在多条高铁干线成功应用,体现了显著的经济性、可靠性与推广价值,为我国高铁桥梁向更大跨度发展提供了关键技术装备支撑.

To solve the industry challenges posed by the absence of 40m span/1,000t long-span box girder transportation and erection equipment during high-speed railway construction,an intercity railway was selected as a case study for systematic investigation into the integrated design and transformation of girder transporters,girder transporters,and bridge erection machines,based on the concepts of modular assembly,automated control,and intelligent upgrading.Through structural optimization and power adaptation modifications to the 32-meter/900-ton girder transporter,a low-cost upgrade to 40m span/1,000 t equipment was achieved.Concurrently,the YLS1000 tunnel-crossing girder transporter was innovatively developed,utilizing low-position camelback technology and a combined steering system to overcome the transportation bottleneck for large-tonnage box girders within standard tunnels.Additionally,the complementary TJ-JQS1000/40 bridge erection machine features collaborative operation and high-precision erection capabilities,constituting a integrated transportation and erection system covering 20-40-meter spans and 1,000-ton-class box girders.This technology has been successfully deployed on multiple high-speed railway lines,demonstrating significant economic benefits,reliability,and promotional value,while providing key technical equipment support for the development of China's high-speed railway bridges toward larger spans.
