苏州市臭氧污染特征及影响因素分析OA
Characteristics of ozone pollution and influencing factors in Suzhou
近年来苏州市臭氧污染频发,制约其空气质量的持续改善.本文基于环境空气质量监测数据,分析了苏州市臭氧污染特征,从大气挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)和气象条件两方面进行了臭氧污染影响因素分析,并利用正交矩阵因子(Positive Matrix Factorization,PMF)源解析模型和对国家级经济技术开发区工业企业废气污染物排放实况调研探讨了VOCs主要来源.结果表明:2016-2023 年苏州市臭氧质量浓度呈波动上升趋势,年均增长速率为 2.6 μg·m-3·a-1,臭氧首污超标天占比持续升高,从 2016 年的占比 34.9%上升至 2023 年的占比 72.9%.臭氧质量浓度季节变化呈双峰分布,首次峰值出现在6 月,其次是 8 月.苏州市大气VOCs组分中对臭氧生成贡献较大的物种包括乙醛、乙烯、甲苯、间/对二甲苯、丙烯等.PMF源解析显示,工业过程源、机动车尾气源、化石燃料燃烧源、油气挥发源和溶剂使用源是VOCs主要排放源.结合对工业企业废气污染物排放实况调研分析,电子设备制造业、通用设备制造业及橡胶塑料制品业对工业排放VOCs的贡献较高,达71.2%.从气象条件看,苏州市臭氧超标率与日最高气温呈显著正相关,与相对湿度和风速呈显著负相关;当风向为东南、南东南、偏南时,臭氧超标率较高,在22.3%~31.9%.因地制宜地持续强化大气VOCs深度友好减排,对臭氧污染防控和空气质量持续改善具有重要意义.
In recent years,ozone pollution in Suzhou has occurred frequently,and emerged as a key bottleneck restricting continuous improvement of air quality.Based on ambient air monitoring data,this study analyzes characteristics of ozone pollution in Suzhou,and influencing factors,focusing on atmospheric Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)and meteorological conditions.Furthermore,sources of VOCs are explored by using Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)model and on-site investigations of exhaust emissions from industrial enterprises in National Economic and Technological Development Zone.The major results are as follows.The ozone concentration in Suzhou has shown a fluctuating upward trend,with an average annual growth rate of 2.6 μg·m-3·a-1.The proportion of ozone-exceeding days has continued to rise,from 34.9%in 2016 to 72.9%in 2023.Seasonal variation of ozone concentration presents a bimodal distribution,with the first peak in June and the second in August.Among the VOCs in Suzhou,acetaldehyde,ethylene,toluene,m-p-xylene and propylene exhibit relatively high ozone formation potential.PMF model analysis reveals that industrial processes,motor vehicle exhaust,fossil fuel combustion,oil&gas volatile and solvent usage are the primary emission sources of VOCs.Combined with on-site exhaust emission investigations of most industrial enterprises,the electronic equipment manufacturing,general equipment manufacturing,and rubber&plastic products industries contribute significantly to VOCs emissions,accounting for 71.2%of the total.Regarding meteorological factors,the relative ozone-exceeding rate in Suzhou is positively correlated with daily maximum temperature,while negatively correlated with relative humidity and wind speed.When the wind direction is southeast,south-southeast,or south,the ozone-exceeding rate ranges from 22.3%to 31.9%,which is higher than that under other wind directions.Targeted and sustained in-depth reduction of atmospheric VOCs is of great practical significance for the prevention of ozone pollution and the continuous improvement of air quality.
