石材幕墙快挂背栓系统设计与计算OA
该研究针对传统石材幕墙工艺复杂性与安全隐患展开,整理背栓式连接石材幕墙的研究发展现状,对背栓式干挂节点进行设计及强度计算,分析背栓式干挂的推广应用优势,研究背栓连接点位布置,通过背栓式与短槽式连接石材板剪切性能试验、背栓式石材幕墙面板连接性能试验研究,研究背栓式石材幕墙连接受力性能.研究成果为背栓节点设计提供理论依据,对工程实践具有指导价值.
This research focuses on the complexity and safety hazards of traditional stone curtain walls,compiles the research and development status of back-bolted-type connected stone curtain walls,designs and strength calculations on back-bolted-type dry-hanging nodes,analyzes the popularization and application advantages of back-bolted-type dry-hanging,and studies the layout of back-bolted-type connection points.Through the shear performance test of back-bolted-type and short-slot type connected stone plates,and the connection performance test of back-bolted-type stone curtain walls panels,the connection mechanical performance of back-bolted-type stone curtain walls was studied.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of back-bolted joints and have guiding value for engineering practice.
