水生态环境保护中水生态监测点位设置策略研究OA

水生态环境保护是全球环境治理的重点和难点问题,水生态监测点位布设科学性、合理性直接影响水生态环境监测的准确和生态环境治理决策的精准性.传统的水生态监测点布设多以经验判断或以行政区划分为主,易出现污染物密集区点位不足和偏远地区点位冗余等问题.针对该问题,该文结合某流域水生态监测点布设案例,综合水文、地形地貌、污染源分布和生态敏感性的要素,提出基于空间分析与风险评估的水生态环境点位设置策略,经案例验证分析,该点位布置策略覆盖率达92%,较均匀的点位布置方法提高约20%,年运行成本降低约15%,并可及时发现水生态污染和湿地生态退化等问题,表明该策略应用效果良好.

Water ecological environment protection is a key and difficult issue in global environmental governance.The scientific and rational layout of water ecological monitoring points directly affects the accuracy of water ecological environment monitoring and the precision of ecological environment governance decisions.The traditional layout of water ecological monitoring points is mostly based on empirical judgment or administrative division,which is prone to problems such as insufficient locations in areas with high pollutant concentration and redundant locations in remote areas.In response to this problem,this paper combines a case of water ecological monitoring point layout in a certain basin,integrates the elements of hydrology,topography,pollution source distribution and ecological sensitivity,and proposes a water ecological environment point layout setting strategy based on spatial analysis and risk assessment.Through case verification and analysis,the coverage rate of this point layout strategy reaches 92%,and the relatively uniform point layout method increases by about 20%.The annual operating cost is reduced by 15%or so,and problems such as water ecological pollution and wetland ecological degradation can be detected in a timely manner,indicating that the strategy has a good application effect.
