上海某污染地块人体健康风险评估研究OA

随着城市化进程加快,工业遗留地块的再开发利用日益频繁,其潜在土壤与地下水污染对人体健康构成的风险不容忽视.该文以上海市闵行区某地块为研究对象,通过识别关注污染物(氟化物、全氟辛酸、氯甲烷),结合规划用地类型,依据 HJ 25.3-2019《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》开展暴露评估、毒性评估与风险控制值计算.结果表明,土壤中全氟辛酸与氟化物的风险控制值分别为 0.076 mg/kg 与 1 940 mg/kg,地下水中全氟辛酸与氯甲烷的风险控制值分别为 7.17 mg/L与 23.3 mg/L.该研究为该地块后续污染治理与土地利用提供科学依据.

With the acceleration of urbanization,the redevelopment and utilization of industrial legacy land is becoming increasingly frequent,and the potential risks of soil and groundwater pollution to human health cannot be ignored.This article takes a plot of land in Minhang District,Shanghai as the research object.By identifying pollutants of concern(fluoride,perfluorooctanoic acid,chloromethane)and combining them with the planned land type,exposure assessment,toxicity assessment,and risk control value calculation are carried out in accordance with the HJ 25.3-2019"Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Assessment of Construction Land".The results showed that the risk control values for perfluorooctanoic acid and fluoride in soil were 0.076 mg/kg and 1 940 mg/kg,respectively,and the risk control values for perfluorooctanoic acid and chloromethane in groundwater were 7.17 mg/L and 23.3 mg/L,respectively.This study provides a scientific basis for the subsequent pollution control and land use of the plot.
