大厚度湿陷性黄土地基处理及效果研究OA
挤密桩法是一种用于加固湿陷性黄土地基的高效地基处理技术.目前,对于自重湿陷性土层厚度超过 20 m 的大厚度湿陷性黄土地基,其处理仍是一项技术难题.该文以宁夏回族自治区某工业项目为案例,开展湿陷性黄土地基灰土挤密桩法的现场试验,旨在系统地评估灰土挤密桩的应用效能.试验在该场地的大厚度湿陷性黄土层中进行,采用 15 m 长的灰土挤密桩进行地基处理,桩间距为 0.8 m,成孔直径为 0.4 m,并对处理后桩间土的自重湿陷系数及复合地基承载力进行检测.试验结果表明,经此法处理后,桩间土的湿陷性已完全消除;地基承载力特征值由处理前的 150 kPa 提升至 250 kPa,增幅达 66.7%,满足了 200 kPa 的设计使用要求.该研究证实,灰土挤密桩技术在大厚度湿陷性黄土地基中应用效果良好.
The compaction pile method is an efficient foundation treatment technology for reinforcing collapsible loess foundations.Currently,the treatment of thick collapsible loess foundations with a thickness exceeding 20 meters remains a technical challenge.This paper takes an industrial project in Ningxia HuiAutonomous Region as a case study and conducts on-site experiments on the compaction pile method for collapsible loess foundations,aiming to systematically evaluate the application effectiveness of lime-soil compaction piles.The experiments were carried out in the thick collapsible loess layer of the site,using 15-meter-long lime-soil compaction piles for foundation treatment,with a pile spacing of 0.8 meters and a hole diameter of 0.4 meters.The self-weight collapsibility coefficient of the soil between the piles and the bearing capacity of the composite foundation were tested after treatment.The experimental results show that the collapsibility of the soil between the piles has been completely eliminated after this treatment;the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity has increased from 150 kPa before treatment to 250 kPa,an increase of 66.7%,meeting the design requirement of 200 kPa.This study confirms that the lime-soil compaction pile technology has a good application effect in thick collapsible loess foundations.
