基于TRIZ理论的含氨尾气吸收装置改进OA

该文以含有氨的尾气吸收装置为研究对象,将 TRIZ理论引入到尾气吸收装置优化改进中,对含氨尾气吸收装置进行因果链分析,识别出关键问题并运用 TRIZ中的物理矛盾、技术矛盾等工具提出解决方案.综合各解决方案,设计一款由吸收池、喷淋塔、排气孔、循环泵和补水管等组成的新型吸收装置.工程实践结果表明,含氨尾气吸收装置的吸收性能得以提升,再次证明TRIZ理论在化工设备优化领域具有重要的应用价值,为解决创新设计和研发等类似的工程问题提供新的思路和方法.

This paper takes the tail gas absorption device containing ammonia as the research object,introduces TRIZ theory into the optimization and improvement of the tail gas absorption device,conducts a causal chain analysis of the tail gas absorption device containing ammonia,identifies key problems,and uses the physical contradictions,technical contradictions and other tools in TRIZ to propose solutions.Combining various solutions,we designed a new absorption device consisting of an absorption pool,spray tower,exhaust hole,circulation pump,water supply pipe,etc.Engineering practice results show that the absorption performance of the ammonia-containing tail gas absorption device has been improved,which once again proves that TRIZ theory has important application value in the field of chemical equipment optimization,and provides new ideas and methods for solving similar engineering problems such as innovative design and research and development.
