In this paper,a three-dimensional collaborative maintenance strategy is proposed to solve the matching error problem caused by the aging of electromechanical components of a certain helicopter turbine back pressure(PK)measurement system in long-term service.Based on the working principle of the P-117M/B measuring instrument,the failure mechanism of the compensation mechanism for environmental parameters(atmospheric pressure PH,temperature tH)and the dynamic imbalance of the bridge is revealed;by deconstructing the functional correlation of five components(status indicator,dual pressure sensor,height correction sensor,temperature sensor),core failure modes such as pressure sensor potentiometer contamination,membrane plastic deformation,and indicator copper compensation resistor aging are located.The innovative maintenance system includes:The pressure sensor uses potentiometer cleaning and membrane travel fine-tuning to restore electromechanical conversion accuracy;The indicator optimizes the bridge resistance(R1/R2)to calibrate the cursor benchmark,and detects the temperature characteristics of the copper resistance(R6/R7);The mirror polishing process of the height sensor transmission mechanism is repaired.The systematic error needs to be comprehensively managed through environmental compensation recalibration and electromechanical interface parameter reconstruction to ensure that the PK measurement consistency error is≤1.2%under all operating conditions.This strategy provides key technical support for improving the reliability of aero-engine condition monitoring.
