水平烧结椭圆管蒸发器管外降膜流动性能研究OA

为探究烧结椭圆管管外降膜流动特性,课题组选用铜镍合金粉末制备烧结椭圆管,采用 FLUENT 软件进行数值模拟研究柱状流下烧结椭圆管与椭圆光管管外降膜流动过程,研究烧结管横截面形状、喷淋流量、烧结椭圆管管外横截面周长以及烧结层颗粒直径对管外液膜分布的影响.结果表明:烧结层多孔结构可增强流体的扰动与混合;当喷淋流量为200 L/h 时,烧结椭圆管轴向平均液膜厚度平均值为 0.217 5 mm,低于烧结圆管轴向平均液膜厚度平均值 0.243 9 mm,且最大减薄率更低,能够形成更薄且均匀的液膜;烧结椭圆管管外波峰截面与液柱截面的液膜厚度均随喷淋流量和管外横截面周长的增加而增大,且波峰截面处增幅更显著;当烧结层颗粒直径分别为20 μm 和200 μm 时,波峰截面处平均液膜厚度较椭圆光管分别降低9.9%和4.8%,且液柱截面相对于波峰截面的平均液膜厚度减薄率均低于椭圆光管,液膜分布更为均匀.

To investigate the falling film flow characteristics outside sintered elliptical tubes,the research group prepared sintered elliptical tubes using copper-nickel alloy powder,and adopted the FLUENT software to conduct numerical simulation on the falling film flow process outside sintered elliptical tubes and smooth elliptical tubes under columnar flow conditions.The effects of the cross-sectional shape of sintered tubes,spray flow rate,outer cross-sectional perimeter of sintered elliptical tubes and particle diameter of the sintered layer on the external liquid film distribution were studied.The results show that the porous structure of the sintered layer can enhance the disturbance and mixing of the fluid.At a spray flow rate of 200 L/h,the sintered elliptical tube exhibited an average liquid film thickness of 0.217 5 mm,which was 0.243 9 mm for the sintered circular tube.It featured a lower thinning rate,thus enabling the formation of a thinner and more uniform liquid film.The liquid film thickness at both the wave peak and liquid column cross-sections outside the sintered elliptical tube increased with the increase in spray flow rate and outer cross-sectional perimeter of the tube,with a more remarkable increase observed at the wave peak cross-sections.When the particle diameters of the sintered layer were 20 μm and 200 μm respectively,the average liquid film thickness at the wave peak cross-sections was reduced by 9.9%and 4.8%compared with that of the smooth elliptical tube.In addition,the thinning rate of the average liquid film thickness at the liquid column cross-sections relative to the wave peak cross-sections is lower than that of the smooth elliptical tube in both cases,resulting in a more uniform liquid film distribution.
