基于文献计量分析的反式钙钛矿太阳能电池界面工程研究进展OA

Research progress on interface engineering of trans-perovskite solar cells based on bibliometric analysis

运用文献计量法,结合使用CiteSpace进行可视化分析,对Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于反式钙钛矿太阳能电池界面工程的文献进行梳理.分析结果表明,相关领域的发文量呈稳步上升趋势;中国的发文量最多,德国在合作网络中的中心性最高;中国科学院是发文量最多的研究机构;当前研究热点主要集中在缺陷钝化、能效提升、界面工程、空穴传输层、电子传输层等方面.未来的研究趋势是提升界面处电荷转移和提取能力,提高钙钛矿晶体质量以及寻找有利于缺陷钝化和能级匹配的界面修饰材料.

Using bibliometrics and CiteSpace for visualization analysis,this research examines the litera-ture on interface engineering of trans-perovskite solar cells in the Web of Science Core Collection database.The analysis results are as follows.The number of publications in related fields has been steadily increasing.China has the largest number of publications,and Germany has the highest centrality in the cooperation network.The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the research institution with the largest number of publications.current research hotspots are mainly concentrated in defect passivation,energy efficiency improvement,interface engineering,hole transport layer,electron transport layer,etc.The future research trend is expec-ted to focus on improving the charge transfer and extraction capabilities at the interface,upgrading the quality of perovskite crystals,and looking for interface modification materials that are conducive to defect passivation and energy level matching.
