[目的]识别新能源汽车供应链面临的风险,探讨不同类型风险在物理层与信息层耦合网络中的传播演化规律,据此构建风险预警机制,助力企业优化供应链管理,增强风险应对能力.[方法]选取A企业作为研究对象,通过对新能源汽车行业发展报告、新闻报道以及企业年报数据的分析,识别出关键风险主题.深入分析不同类型的风险在双层网络中的传播速率及其影响范围,基于传播动态特征提炼关键预警指标,利用LDA主题模型成功提炼出技术安全、地缘政治、供应中断、政策合规、生产运营和基础设施等六类核心风险主题及其对应的关键词.基于UAU-SIR双层网络,通过对不同类型风险传播的动态仿真,清晰地揭示了其传播特性.[结果/结论]提出了针对新能源汽车供应链融合物理层与信息层的多级预警指标体系,并验证了其有效性,为企业在风险早期识别、精准干预提供理论依据和决策支持.

[Purpose]To identify the risks faced by the supply chain of new energy vehicles,explore the propagation and evolution laws of different types of risks in the coupled network of the physical layer and the information layer,and build a risk early warning mechanism ac-cordingly,so as to help enterprises optimize supply chain management and enhance their risk coping ability.[Method]By analyzing the development reports,news reports and annual report data of the new energy automobile industry,the key risk themes were identified.Tak-ing enterprise A as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the spread rate and influence scope of different types of risks in the two-tier network,and based on the dynamic characteristics of the spread,refines the key early warning indicators,and carries out risk early warning with the most representative case of enterprise A.Using LDA theme model,six core risk themes and their corresponding keywords were successfully extracted:technical security,geopolitics,supply interruption,policy compliance,production operation and infrastruc-ture.Based on UAU-SIR two-layer network,the propagation characteristics of different types of risks are clearly revealed through dynam-ic simulation.[Result/Conclusion]This paper puts forward a multi-level early warning index system for the integration of the physical layer and the information layer in the supply chain of new energy vehicles,and verifies its effectiveness,which provides theoretical basis and decision support for enterprises to identify risks at an early stage and accurately intervene.
