认知域的智能博弈:人工智能赋能的情报对抗、风险传导与治理路径OACHSSCD
Intelligent Competition in the Cognitive Domain:Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Intelligence Confrontation,Risk Transmission,and Governance Pathways
[目的]针对当前认知域安全研究存在分析框架碎片化、动态演进视角缺失及治理方案操作性不足等问题,研究旨在系统剖析人工智能时代认知域情报对抗的演进逻辑、风险传导机制与治理路径,构建兼具理论解释力与实践指导性的整合性分析框架.[方法]通过构建"渗透—规避—固化"三阶段认知域情报对抗模型,创新引入"风险螺旋"理论,阐释"失序—撕裂—滞后—更严重失序"的动态传导机制,并基于案例分析与机制推演,提出融合精准反制与系统筑基的治理路径.[结果/结论]研究表明,人工智能赋能下的认知对抗呈现出从情报渗透、反情报规避到认知塑造的递进闭环特征,其风险通过主流叙事失序、社会共识撕裂与治理滞后的相互作用,形成自我强化的恶性螺旋.据此,提出针对"渗透—规避—固化"模型的阶段性治理策略及面向"风险螺旋"的系统性治理体系,为智能时代构建认知安全防线、应对系统性认知风险提供了治理路径参考.
[Purpose]In response to current issues in cognitive domain security research,such as fragmented analytical frameworks,lack of a dynamic evolutionary perspective,and insufficient operability of governance solutions,this study aims to systematically analyze the evolutionary logic,risk transmission mechanisms,and governance pathways of cognitive domain intelligence confrontation in the era of ar-tificial intelligence,and to construct an integrated analytical framework that combines theoretical explanatory power with practical guid-ance.[Method]By developing a three-stage cognitive domain intelligence confrontation model of"infiltration-evasion-solidifica-tion",this study innovatively introduces the"risk spiral"theory to explain the dynamic transmission mechanism of"disorder-fragmen-tation-lag-worsening disorder".Through case analysis and mechanism deduction,it proposes a governance pathway that integrates precise countermeasures and systematic foundation-building.[Result/Conclusion]The research shows that AI-empowered cognitive confrontation exhibits a progressive closed-loop characteristic,moving from intelligence infiltration and counterintelligence evasion to cog-nitive shaping.Its risks form a self-reinforcing vicious spiral through the interaction of mainstream narrative disorder,social consensus di-vision,and governance lag.Accordingly,this study proposes phased governance strategies targeting the"infiltration-evasion-solidifi-cation"model and a systematic governance system oriented toward the"risk spiral",providing a governance pathway reference for build-ing cognitive security defenses and addressing systemic cognitive risks in the intelligent era.
