Experimental Study on Top Grafting and Variety Improvement of Heluo Huangmi Plum

李新品种"河洛黄蜜"外观金黄、果肉营养价值高、风味甘甜、可采摘时间长、耐贮运、货架期长、市场价值高.为加快该品种的推广应用步伐,于2022年春季采用腹接方法对四年生"黄甘李"树开展了高接"河洛黄蜜"李换优技术试验,通过调查枝桩嫁接成活率、每株接穗萌枝数;观察生长期病虫发生种类与密度指数;落叶后测定冠径、发育枝新梢生长量;调查植株长枝、中枝、短枝和花簇状枝数量;测定单株产量、单果重、可溶性固形物含量,记录售果经济收益等,对试验数据进行单因素方差分析、邓肯氏多重比较分析.试验结果表明:"河洛黄蜜"李在树液流动的3月中旬高接换优,嫁接成活、接后生长和果实产量及质量高于其他嫁接时间;"河洛黄蜜"李高接换优与"黄甘李"嫁接亲和力强,嫁接愈合良好,接口平滑,砧穗生长基本一致,嫁接后生长旺盛;发生病虫危害情况较"黄甘李"轻,未发现流胶等严重病害;随嫁接树龄增长,新梢生长量下降,单株枝条数量增加,树冠扩展,由营养生长快速向生殖生长转化;高接后第4年树冠和产量基本恢复,经济收益是"黄甘李"的2.5倍以上.

The new plum variety'Heluo Huangmi'is an excellent fresh fruit cultivar characterized by golden appearance,high nutritional value of fruit flesh,sweet flavor,long harvest period,good storage and transportation resistance,extended shelf plumfe,and high market value.To accelerate the popularization and application of this cultivar,an experiment on top grafting and variety improvement of'Heluo Huangmi'was conducted on 4-year-old'Huanggan Li'trees by side grafting in the spring of 2022.Investigations were carried out on graft survival rate and number of sprouted shoots per plant;species and density index of diseases and insect pests during the growth period were observed;crown diameter and current shoot growth of developed branches were measured after defoliation;the number of long shoots,medium shoots,short shoots and bouquet shoots per plant was counted;yield per plant,single fruit weight and soluble solids content were determined,and economic income from fruit sales was recorded.The experimental data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test.The results showed that top grafting and variety improvement of'Heluo Huangmi'in mid-March during sap flow resulted in significantly higher graft survival,post-grafting growth,fruit yield and quality than those at other grafting times.'Heluo Huangmi'exhibited strong graft compatibility with'Huanggan Li',with good healing,smooth graft union and basically consistent growth between rootstock and scion,leading to vigorous growth after grafting.It was less damaged by diseases and insect pests than'Huanggan Li',and no serious diseases such as gummosis were found.With the increase of grafted tree age,current shoot growth decreased,the number of shoots per plant increased,the canopy expanded,and the trees transformed rapidly from vegetative growth to reproductive growth.The canopy and yield basically recovered in the fourth year after top grafting,and the economic income was more than 2.5 times that of'Huanggan Li'.
