没食子酸通过β受体影响牛蛙心肌收缩活动OA
Gallic Acid Regulates Myocardial Contraction in Bullfrogs via β-Receptors
为研究没食子酸对心脏收缩活动的影响机制,本实验通过离体蛙心灌流,灌注不同浓度的没食子酸,利用泰盟BL-422i信号采集系统记录不同浓度的没食子酸(0mg·L-1、2.5mg·L-1、5mg·L-1、10mg·L-1)对牛蛙心脏收缩强度及心率的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,不同浓度的没食子酸对心率的影响无显著性差异.与对照组相比,2.5mg·L-1组的心肌收缩强度无显著性变化,但5mg·L-1组和10mg·L-1组的没食子酸与对照组相比,对心肌收缩强度有极显著抑制作用.先用5mg·L-1GA对牛蛙心脏进行灌流后,待出现抑制效应后,加入肾上腺素发现牛蛙心肌收缩能力恢复,预先使用盐酸普萘洛尔阻断β受体后,再给予5mg·L-1GA对心脏无显著作用.
To explore the mechanism underlying the effects of gallic acid on cardiac contractile activity,this experiment employed the isolated frog heart perfusion technique.Different concentrations of gallic acid(0mg·L-1,2.5 mg·L-1,5 mg·L-1,and 10 mg·L-1)were perfused,and the BL-422i Data Acquisition System(Taimeng)was used to record the impacts of these concentrations on myocardial contractile force and heart rate in bullfrogs.The results showed that compared with the control group,different concentrations of gallic acid had no significant difference in heart rate.There was no significant change in myocardial contractile force in the 2.5 mg·L-1 group relative to the control group,while the 5 mg·L-1 and 10 mg·L-1 gallic acid groups exhibited an extremely significant inhibitory effect on myocardial contractile force compared with the control group.After perfusing the bullfrog heart with 5 mg·L-1 gallic acid(GA)and observing the inhibitory effect,subsequent addition of epinephrine restored the myocardial contractile capacity.However,no significant change in the bullfrog heart was observed when 5 mg·L-1 GA was administered after propranolol hydrochloride treatment.
