以人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)时代为背景,探讨地方高校应用型人才培养的创新路径.系统分析了人工智能赋能高校教育的背景、政策依据和目前面临的瓶颈问题,立足 AI技术对教育全要素的重构作用,提出了"一核两翼三平台四融合"的培养模式,详细阐释了其内涵、建设内容与实施路径."一核"是以立德树人作为根本任务与价值导向,在AI时代其被赋予科技向善伦理自觉与终身学习能力的新内涵;"两翼"为专业特色建设和应用型师资建设,强调专业体系的智能化改造与教师角色的人机协同转型,是支撑人才培养的两大关键支柱;"三平台"是校内实训平台、校外实践平台、创新创业平台,通过 AI技术实现虚实融合、数据贯通与能力进阶,是承载实践教学和能力培养的三大载体;"四融合"是科教融合、政教融合、产教融合、岗位对接融合.以 AI为纽带构建"政产教研用"深度耦合的生态,是提升人才培养针对性的四条路径.
Against the backdrop of the era of Artificial Intelligence(AI),this paper explores the innovative paths for cultivating applied talents in local colleges and universities.This paper systematically analyzes the background,policy basis and current bottleneck problems of artificial intelligence empowering higher education.Based on the role of AI technology in reconstructing all key elements of education,it proposes a training model of"One Core,Two Wings,Three Platforms and Four Integrations",and elaborates in detail on its connotation,construction content and implementation path.The"One Core"takes fostering virtue through morality education as its fundamental task and value orientation.In the AI era,it has been endowed with new connotations of ethi-cal awareness of technology for good and lifelong learning ability.The"Two Wings"consist of specialized program development and application-oriented faculty development,emphasizing the intelligent transformation of discipli-nary systems and the evolution of teacher roles towards human-machine collaboration,serving as two crucial pil-lars supporting talent cultivation.The"Three Platforms"encompass on campus practical training platforms,off-campus practice platforms,and innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,which leverage AI technology to achieve virtual-real integration,data connectivity,and capability progression,acting as three primary vehicles for practical teaching and competency development.The"Four Integrations"refer to the integration of science and education,government and education,industry and education,and job-specific alignment.With AI as a linking mechanism,they build an ecosystem for the deep coupling of government,industry,education,research and application,representing four pathways to enhance the relevance of talent cultivation.
