为筛选出对草莓炭疽病菌高效的新配方药剂及剂量,以苯醚甲环唑、酮康唑两者混配进行室内抑菌活性和田间药效测定.采用Wadley法对5种不同配比的混配组合(苯醚甲环唑和酮康唑质量比为9∶1、7∶3、1∶1、3∶7和1∶9)对草莓炭疽病菌进行室内联合毒力测定,试验发现苯醚甲环唑:酮康唑在9∶1、3∶7和1∶9均表现为增效(增效系数>1.5).综合作物安全性、增效系数和EC50等因素,选择苯醚甲环唑与酮康唑质量比为3∶7为最佳田间应用配比.田间药效试验亦表明,30%苯醚甲环唑·酮康唑可湿性粉剂(9%+21%)135~202.5 g/hm2的用量对草莓炭疽病防效达77%以上,具有较好的防治效果.

This study aims to evaluate the control efficacy and application rate of different mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole against strawberry anthracnose through indoor and field trials.The combined toxicity of five mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole(mass ratios of 9∶1,3∶7,1∶1,7∶3 and 1∶9)was determined by Wadley's method.The results showed that mixtures of difenoconazole and ketoconazole showed synergistic effects at mass ratio of 9∶1,3∶7 and 1∶9(synergistic ratios greater than 1.5).Considering crop safety,synergistic coefficient,and EC50 factors,the mixture of difenoconazole and ketoconazole(3∶7)was selected as the optimal ratio for field application.The field efficacy trials further showed that 30%difenoconazole·ketoconazole wettable powder(WP)(9%+21%)applied at 135~202.5 g/hm2 provided more than 77%control effect against strawberry anthracnose,indicating good control performance.
