本研究利用QuEChERS法结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)对多种水果和蔬菜中的溴菌腈残留进行了方法探索.样品中溴菌腈经乙腈涡旋振荡提取,氯化钠盐析分离有机相和水相,提取液经无水MgSO4和PSA吸附剂净化后,直接进行仪器检测,采用电喷雾负离子模式(ESI-)和多反应监测(MRM)方式进行测定,外标法定量.结果表明,溴菌腈在0.001~0.3 mg/L的范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.99,符合要求.在添加浓度为0.01~0.7 mg/kg的条件下,其平均回收率在80.7%~109%范围内,相对标准偏差介于0.715%~4.41%之间.本方法操作方便简单、准确高效,适用于黄瓜、柑橘、苹果和西瓜等多种蔬果中溴菌腈的残留检测.

In this study,a QuEChERS-ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed to determine bromothalonil residues in a variety of fruits and vegetables.Bromothalonil was extracted from samples with acetonitrile using vortex oscillation.The organic and aqueous phases were separated by salting out with sodium chloride.The extract was purified with anhydrous MgSO4 and PSA adsorbent and then directly analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.Determination was carried out using electrospray negative ion mode(ESI-)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),and quantification was performed using an external standard method.The results showed that bromothalonil exhibited a good linear relationship over the range of 0.001 to 0.3 mg/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99,meeting the requirements for residue analysis.At spiking levels of 0.01~0.7 mg/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 80.7%to 109%,with relative standard deviations 0.715%~4.41%.This method is simple,accurate and efficient,and is suitable for the determinations of bromothalonil residues in cucumber,citrus,apple and watermelon.
