火电机组通过配置电化学储能系统形成火储联合调频系统,发挥电化学储能响应速度快、调节精度高的优势,有效提升火电机组的整体自动发电控制(AGC)调频性能.本文以某330 MW火电机组为例,分析了电化学储能辅助AGC调频的实际应用效果.结果表明,储能系统投运后显著提升了机组的调频性能指标.同时,针对系统投运初期出现的功率振荡问题,通过优化控制策略、限定运行模式等措施,有效保障了电网、机组及储能系统的安全稳定运行,并进一步提高了联合调频性能.

By integrating an electrochemical energy storage system,a combined thermal-storage frequency regulation system can be established for thermal power units.This fully leverages the advantages of electrochemical energy storage—namely,its rapid response and high regulation accuracy—to effectively enhance the overall Automatic Generation Control(AGC)frequency regulation performance of thermal power units.Taking a 330 MW thermal power unit as an example,the practical application results of electrochemical energy storage assisting AGC frequency regulation are analysed.It is indicated by the results that the unit's frequency regulation performance indicators were significantly improved by the commissioning of the energy storage system.Furthermore,in response to power oscillations that occurred during the initial phase of system operation,measures such as optimising control strategies and restricting operating modes effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the power grid,the unit and the energy storage system,whilst further enhancing the performance of the combined frequency regulation system.
