基于生物黏泥的黏附机理,在冷却塔集水盘内构建一套适合生物黏泥的附着装置,以吸附、阻隔、过滤、沉淀等物理方式实现了对生物黏泥的物理收集及排污.通过水质分析对比得到:电导率从2369.12μs/cm下降至998.2μs/cm;浊度从11.92NTU下降至7.16NTU;制冷机组COP涨幅平均0.41.实践证明该冷却塔生物黏泥收集的物理排污装置已达到了预期目标.后期工业循环水的不断改善可逐渐提升冷却塔以及制冷机组的传热效率、减少设备清洗的频次.

Based on the adhesion mechanism of biological sludge,a set of devices suitable for biological sludge adhesion was constructed in the water collection tray of cooling tower to collect biological sludge and discharge sewage by using physical means such as adsorption,barrier,filtration,and precipitation.After field application,water quality analysis and comparison results showed that the conductivity decreased from 2369.12 μs/cm to 998.2 μs/cm,the turbidity decreased from 11.92NTU to 7.16NTU,the average increase of COP of refrigeration units is 0.41.Practice has proved that the use of the physical sewage discharge device for biological sludge collection in the cooling tower has achieved the expected goals.Due to the continuous improvement of industrial circulating water,the heat transfer efficiency of the cooling tower and refrigeration unit can be gradually improved and the frequency of equipment cleaning can be reduced.
