Digital holography-based measurement of gypsum particles in desulfurized slurry

燃煤电厂脱硫石膏浆液中石膏粒径分布的测量主要以离线取样方法为主,存在耗时长、效率低等问题.本文介绍了一种基于数字全息技术的在线测量方法,实现对脱硫石膏浆液中石膏颗粒粒径分布的在线测量.基于上述目的,实验搭建了脱硫石膏浆液在线测量实验系统,对脱硫石膏浆液中石膏粒径进行测量,结果表明:利用数字全息技术对脱硫石膏颗粒粒径分布进行在线测量较为准确,与激光粒度仪测得的中位径(Dv50)值最大绝对误差为3.73 μm.此外,利用数字全息技术对脱硫石膏颗粒与石灰石颗粒的形貌进行了观察以寻找两者的差异,与电子扫描显微镜的观察结果进行对比,结果显示两者的外观特征存在显著差异,能够作为区分脱硫石膏和石灰石颗粒的依据以提升脱硫石膏颗粒粒径分布测量的精度.

The measurement of gypsum particle size distribution in desulfurization gypsum slurry of coal-fired power plants is mainly based on offline sampling method,which has problems such as long time consumption and low efficiency.In this paper,an online measurement method based on digital holography technology is introduced to realize the online measurement of the particle size distribution of gypsum particles in desulfurization gypsum slurry.Based on the above purpose,an on-line measurement experimental system was set up to measure the particle size of desulfurization gypsum slurry in the desulfurization gypsum slurry,and the results showed that the online measurement of the particle size distribution of desulfurization gypsum by digital holographic technology was more accurate,and the maximum absolute error with the median diameter(Dv50)value measured by the laser particle size analyzer was 3.73 μm.In addition,the morphology of desulfurization gypsum particles and limestone particles was observed by digital holographic technology to find the differences between them,and compared with the observation results of electron scanning microscope,the results showed that there were significant differences in the appearance characteristics of the two particles,which could be used as the basis for distinguishing desulfurization gypsum and limestone particles to improve the accuracy of particle size distribution measurement of desulfurization gypsum particles.
