宁夏农业对外开放发展现状及高质量发展对策建议OA

In the context of building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,Ningxia's deepening of agricultural opening-up is not only an inherent demand for regional development but also an important measure to serve national diplomacy.Research showed that by leveraging the"Belt and Road"Initiative and the construction of the inland open economic pilot zone,Ningxia had achieved remarkable results in establishing agricultural foreign cooperation mechanisms,exporting characteristic agricultural products,and conducting"bringing in"and"going out"in agriculture.However,the development of agricultural opening-up still faced deep-seated problems such as unsmooth opening channels,low level of export-oriented industries,insufficient international brand influence,insufficient depth and breadth of international cooperation,and shortage of comprehensive talents.To promote the high-quality development of agricultural opening-up in Ningxia,a countermeasure system centered on"quality improvement,efficiency enhancement,integration,and empowerment"is proposed:① Strengthen channel construction to break through logistics bottlenecks;② Deepen industrial upgrading to cultivate new competitive advantages;③ Expand diverse markets and deepen international cooperation and exchanges;④ Enhance the level of"bringing in"and"going out",and help improve the quality and efficiency of industries;⑤Increase policy support to stimulate the vitality of entities.It is expected to provide the"Ningxia solution"and path references for enhancing the international competitiveness of Ningxia's agriculture and for inland regions to achieve high-level opening-up based on characteristic agriculture.
