宁夏引黄灌区27个紫花苜蓿品种的生产性能和萌发过程耐盐性比较OA
Comparison of Production Performance and Salt Tolerance during Germination Process of 27 Medicago sativa L.Varieties in Yellow River Irrigation Area of Ningxia
紫花苜蓿是一种高产、优质的多年生豆科牧草,具有一定的耐盐能力,但不同品种间耐盐性存在显著差异.为提高盐碱地利用效率并提供优质蛋白饲料,对宁夏引黄灌区27个紫花苜蓿品种的生产性能和萌发阶段的耐盐性进行了评估.NaCl胁迫试验表明,'国产苜蓿2'对盐较为敏感,而'赛沃5''前景'和'中苜3号'表现出较强的耐盐性,这些品种在相对萌发率、相对萌发势及萌发速度方面均优于其他品种.'前景''SK3010''道奇''威神'和'中苜4号'在灌区具有较好的生产性能.基于产量和萌发特性分析,初步筛选出适宜在宁夏引黄灌区种植的耐盐紫花苜蓿品种'前景'和'中苜3号',为宁夏引黄灌区耐盐紫花苜蓿品种的筛选与改良提供了科学依据.
Medicago sativa is a high-yielding and high-quality perennial leguminous forage grass with certain salt tolerance,but there are significant differences in salt tolerance among different varieties.To improve the utilization efficiency of saline-alkali land and provide high-quality protein feed,the production performance and salt tolerance at the germination stage of 27 Medicago sativa varieties in the Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia were evaluated.The NaCl stress test showed that'Guochanmuxu 2'was more sensitive to salt,while'Saiwo 5','Qianjing'and'Zhongmu No.3'showed strong salt tolerance.These varieties outperformed other varieties in relative germination rate,relative germination energy and germination speed.'Qianjing','SK3010','Daoqi','Weishen'and'Zhongmu No.4'showed better production performance in the irrigation area.Based on the analysis of yield and germination characteristics,'Qianjing'and'Zhongmu No.3'were preliminarily selected as suitable salt-tolerant Medicago sativa varieties for planting in the Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia.This study provides a scientific basis for the screening and improvement of salt-tolerant Medicago sativa varieties in the Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia.
