[目的]制种产量是玉米杂交种生产过程中的重要指标,对实现节本增效、提高农民收入、推动产业发展有着重要的现实意义.为提高玉米制种产量,开展了玉米制种产量提升技术模式研究.[方法]以中晚熟玉米'宁单56号'制种试验为例,通过设置多因素对比处理,分析各条件设置与玉米制种产量的关系.设置不同密度(5 500、6 000、6 500株/667 m2)、行比(父母本1∶6、1∶7和2∶7)、播期(父母本同期、父本晚播3 d、父本晚播7 d)及种植模式(是否覆膜)的多因素试验,采用二次正交旋转设计,构建玉米制种高产数学模型.[结果]结合处理设置与产量数据分析,建立制种产量数学模型,并确定各因素影响程度,密度对产量的贡献率最高,其次为行比、种植模式和播期.优化方案如下,密度为6 000~6 500株/667 m2,行比为1∶6,父本晚播7 d,覆膜种植.[结论]结合玉米自交系亲本特点,优化各项条件设置,可以提升制种产量,进而实现玉米制种产业的提质增效.

[Objective]The seed production yield is an important indicator in the process of corn hybrid seed production,and it has significant practical significance for achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement,increasing farmers'income,and promoting industrial development.To enhance the seed production yield of corn,a study on the technological model for improving corn seed production yield was conducted.[Method]Taking the seed production experiment of the mid-to-late maturing corn variety'Ningdan No.56'as an example,multiple factor comparative treatments were set up to analyze the relationship between each condition setting and the seed production yield.Different densities(5 500,6 000,6 500 plants/667 m2),row ratios(male parent and female parent ratios are 1∶6,1∶7 and 2∶7),sowing dates(same date for both parents,late sowing by 3 days for the male parent,late sowing by 7 days for the male parent),and planting patterns(whether to cover with plastic film)were set up for multi-factor experiments.A quadratic orthogonal rotation design was adopted to construct a mathematical model for high-yield corn seed production.[Result]Based on the analysis of treatment settings and yield data,a mathematical model for seed production yield was established,and the influence degree of each factor was determined.The results showed that density had the highest contribution rate to the yield,followed by row ratio,planting pattern,and sowing date.The optimized plan is as follows:density of 6 000-6 500 plants/667 m2,row ratio of 1:6,late sowing of the male parent by 7 days,and plastic film planting.[Conclusion]By optimizing the settings of various conditions based on the characteristics of corn inbred lines,the seed production yield can be improved,achieving quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
