改性硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆力学性能分析OA
Experimental Study on the Mechanical Properties of Modified Sulphoaluminate Cement Mortar
为了提升硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆作为修补材料的力学性能,采用聚丙烯(PP)纤维、水玻璃和 UEA 膨胀剂对其进行改性.通过正交试验设计,研究了上述 3 个因素对改性砂浆抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律.结果表明,聚丙烯纤维对抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响均最大,膨胀剂次之,水玻璃影响最小.综合力学性能最优配比为 A3B1C3,即水玻璃掺量为 0.3%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为 0.1%,膨胀剂掺量为 0.4%.与未改性砂浆组相比,28 d 抗压强度提高了 10.1%,1 d劈裂抗拉强度提高了 46%.
To enhance the mechanical properties of sulphoaluminate cement mortar for use as a repair material,modifications were made using polypropylene(PP)fibers,water glass and UEA expansion agents.An orthogonal experimental design was employed to investigate the effects of these three factors on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the modified mortar.The results show that polypropylene fibers exert the most significant influence on both compressive and splitting tensile strengths,followed by the expansion agent,while water glass has has the least impact.The optimal mix for comprehensive mechanical performance is A3B1C3,corresponding to 0.3%.water glass,0.1%polypropylene fibers and 0.4%expansion agent.This optimal mix result in a 10.1%increase in the 28-day compressive strength and a 46%increase in the 1-day splitting tensile strength compared to the unmodified mortar specimens.
