马铃薯气调集装箱内换热与气体组分浓度变化的数值模拟研究OA
Numerical Simulation of Heat Exchange and Gas Component Concentration Changes in Modified Atmosphere Containers for Potato
本研究旨在通过数值模拟方法深入探讨气调集装箱内马铃薯贮藏环境的关键因素,为内蒙古地区气调集装箱技术的优化与应用提供理论依据.采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,结合多孔介质理论与用户自定义函数(UDF)编程,建立了一个考虑马铃薯呼吸代谢效应的三维瞬态数值模型.在此基础上,研究了不同送风速度(2.000 m/s、5.000 m/s、6.000 m/s)对气流速度场、氧气和二氧化碳浓度分布以及温度演变过程的影响.模拟结果表明,送风速度对流场结构及气体浓度分布具有显著影响,其中5.000 m/s的送风速度在平衡能耗与气体置换效率的基础上,能够实现气体分布与温度场的更均匀性.在气流分布上,近入口处的高速射流和强迫对流导致气体浓度变化较为剧烈,而中后部区域则呈现出浓度梯度的逐步减缓和温度的稳定趋势.本研究明确了气体传输过程中的主要传输机制,揭示了其对贮藏环境均匀性的影响,为内蒙古地区马铃薯气调集装箱贮藏的应用提供了科学依据.
This study aimed to deeply explore the key factors of potato storage environment in modified atmosphere containers through numerical simulation methods,providing a theoretical basis for the optimization and application of modified atmosphere container technology in Inner Mongolia.Using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,combined with porous media theory and user-defined function(UDF)programming,a three-dimensional transient numerical model considering the respiration and metabolism ef-fects of potato was established.On this basis,the effects of different air supply speeds(2.000 m/s,5.000 m/s,and 6.000 m/s)on the airflow velocity field,oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration distribution,and temperature evolution process were studied.The simulation results showed that the air supply speed had a significant impact on the flow field structure and gas concentration dis-tribution,and the air supply speed of 5.000 m/s could achieve more uniformity between gas distribution and temperature field on the basis of balancing energy consumption and gas displacement efficiency.In terms of airflow distribution,the high-velocity jet and forced convection near the inlet caused the gas concentration to change drastically,while the middle and rear regions showed a gradu-al slowdown of concentration gradient and a stable trend of temperature.This study clarified the main transport mechanisms in the gas transport process,revealing its influence on the uniformity of the storage environment,and providing a scientific basis for the ap-plication of potato modified atmosphere container storage in Inner Mongolia.
