Characteristics and Ecological Risk Assessment of Antibiotic Residues in Soil around Livestock Farms in Bayannur City

本研究以巴彦淖尔地区典型的牛、羊及禽类养殖场为研究对象,利用高效液相色谱-质谱串联法分析了养殖场周边土壤中四环素磺胺类(SAs)、四环素类(TCs)、喹诺酮类(QNs)和大环内酯类(MLs)共13种抗生素的残留水平,并运用风险熵模型和健康风险模型进行土壤生态和健康风险评估.结果表明,磺胺类与四环素类为该区域养殖场土壤中的主要污染物.其中,磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)在所有样品中的检出率为100%,磺胺嘧啶(SD)在牛场土壤样品中浓度最高可达862.52 μg·kg⁻1,污染呈现出明显的高强度点源特征.生态风险评估显示,磺胺嘧啶(SD)在牛场(RQ=29.67)、羊场(RQ=12.27)和鸡场(RQ=15.93)均构成高风险(RQ≥1);强力霉素(DOC)、诺氟沙星(NOR)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)、磺胺甲噁唑(SMX)和土霉素(OTC)等为中风险;其余抗生素风险均为低风险(RQ<0.1).通过对比不同暴露途径发现,呼吸吸入(ADDinh)的暴露水平显著高于经口摄入(ADDoral)和皮肤接触(ADDdermal),说明吸入含磺胺嘧啶(SD)的粉尘是养殖场人员的主要暴露方式.健康风险评估表明,3类养殖场的健康风险表征比率(RCR)均低于安全阈值1,表明在当前环境下,土壤中残留的抗生素尚未对养殖场工作人员构成不可接受的健康风险.但牛场的RCR值已接近1,应加强监测,预防其潜在风险.本研究明确了巴彦淖尔地区养殖场及其周边土壤中抗生素污染的空间格局与生态威胁,为该地区兽用抗生素的使用、管理与土壤抗生素污染治理提供了重要科学依据.

This study focused on typical cattle,sheep,and poultry farms in the Bayannur region,systematically analyzing the residu-al levels of 13 antibiotics,including sulfonamides(SAs),tetracyclines(TCs),quinolones(QNs),and macrolides(MLs),in the farms and surrounding soils using high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Ecological and health risks of the soil were assessed using the risk quotient model and health risk model.The results indicated that sulfon-amides and tetracyclines were the primary pollutants in the soil of the farms in this region.Among them,the detection rate of sulfa-methazine(SM2)was 100%,with the highest concentration of sulfadiazine(SD)in cattle farm soil samples reaching 862.52 μg·kg⁻¹,indicating a clear high-intensity point source contamination pattern.The ecological risk assessment revealed that sulfadiazine(SD)posed a high risk(RQ≥1)in cattle farms(RQ=29.67),sheep farms(RQ=12.27),and poultry farms(RQ=15.93).Doxycycline(DOC),norfloxacin(NOR),sulfamethazine(SM2),sulfamethoxazole(SMX),and oxytetracycline(OTC)posed medium risks,while the risks of the remaining antibiotics were low(RQ<0.1).By comparing different exposure pathways,it was found that the ex-posure level through inhalation(ADDinh)was significantly higher than that through oral ingestion(ADDoral)and dermal contact(ADDdermal),indicating that the inhalation of SD-containing dust was the main exposure route for farm workers.The health risk as-sessment showed that the risk characterization ratio(RCR)for all three types of farms was below the safety threshold of 1,suggesting that the residual antibiotics in the soil did not currently pose an unacceptable health risk to farm workers.However,since the RCR value for cattle farms was close to 1,enhanced monitoring was recommended to prevent potential risks.This study clarified the spa-tial distribution and ecological threats of antibiotic contamination in and around farms in the Bayannur region,providing an important scientific evidence for the standardized use and management of veterinary antibiotics in this region and the treatment of soil antibiotic pollution.
