为明确柠条长角象(Trigonorhinus sp.)聚集信息素二十七烷和2,6,10,14-四甲基十七烷在灰色橡胶塞和EP管中释放规律,本文采用固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(SPME-GC-MS),研究了单组分化合物及二元组分化合物在不同载体中、不同储藏温度下的释放速率,通过称重法对二元组分化合物每日的释放量进行测定,并在野外诱捕实验中验证了诱芯的引诱效果.结果表明,在EP管中,处于冷冻条件时,2种化合物的释放速率呈现出较高的水平.GC-MS测出二元组分在第3天达到了释放速率的最大值.通过称重法发现,化合物的释放量在第2天达到最多.此外,在野外诱捕实验中,发现二元组分的诱捕效果显著优于单组分.因此,可以得出结论,EP管是柠条长角象聚集信息素释放的最优载体,二十七烷最佳萃取剂量为100 μg、最佳引诱剂量是1 000 μg,2,6,10,14-四甲基十七烷最佳萃取剂量为10 μg、最佳引诱剂量是100 μg,2种化合物最佳萃取时间是0.25 h、最佳储藏温度是-20℃.

In order to clarify the release law of aggregation pheromone heptacosane and 2,6,10,14-tetramethylheptadecane in gray rubber stoppers and EP tubes,and provide a technical guidance for the development of green control of attractants for Trigonorhinus sp.The solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS)were used to study the release rate of single component compounds and binary component compounds in different carriers and different storage temperatures.The daily release amount of binary component compounds was determined by the weighing method,and the attraction effect of the lure was veri-fied in field trapping experiments.The results showed that the release rate of the two compounds showed a high level in the EP tubes under freezing conditions.GC-MS analysis revealed that the binary component reached the maximum release rate on the third day.The weighing method indicated that the release of the compound reached the maximum on the second day.In addition,in the field trapping experiment,it was found that the trapping effect of the binary component was significantly better than that of the single com-ponent.Therefore,it can be concluded that EP tubes were the optimal carrier for the release of aggregation pheromone of Trigonorhi-nus sp.The optimal extraction dose of heptacosane was 100 μg,and the optimal attracting dose was 1 000 μg.The optimal extrac-tion dose of 2,6,10,14-tetramethylheptadecane was 10 μg,and the optimal attracting dose was 100 μg.The optimal extraction time of the two compounds was 0.25 h,and the optimal storage temperature was-20℃.
