不同追氮时期对饲用燕麦生理特性和产量品质的影响OA
Effects of Varying Nitrogen Topdressing Timing on Physiological Traits and Yield Quality of Forage Oats
为研究氮肥后移对饲用燕麦产量和品质的影响,本文以'蒙燕1号'和'蒙特'品种为材料,在总施氮(N)量100 kg·hm-2条件下以30%基肥+70%追肥进行分配,设分蘖肥(N1)、拔节肥(N2)、孕穗肥(N3)和抽穗肥(N4)4个不同追氮时期处理,以全生育期不施氮(N0)为对照,对燕麦地上部各器官氮素积累、抽穗期和成熟期燕麦生长状况、燕麦产量构成及籽粒品质进行研究.结果表明:不同施氮时期对燕麦产量和品质影响显著;与不施氮肥相比,N3的干草产量和籽粒产量分别显著增加30%和65%,籽粒粗蛋白含量'蒙燕1号'增加12%,籽粒脂肪含量'蒙燕1号'和'蒙特'分别降低10%和7%.皮尔逊(Pearson)相关性分析和随机森林相对重要性排序表明,对干草产量影响显著的指标排序为穗粒数>抽穗期茎秆干物质>抽穗期叶片干物质>抽穗期叶片氮含量>穗数>抽穗期茎秆氮含量;对籽粒产量影响显著的指标排序为穗粒数>成熟期茎秆干物质>抽穗期茎秆干物质>成熟期穗干物质>叶面积;对籽粒粗蛋白含量影响显著的指标排序为旗叶硝酸还原酶活性>叶面积;对籽粒脂肪含量影响显著的指标为抽穗期穗氮含量.综上,在孕穗期追施氮肥能够降低单位面积穗数,提高叶面积和氮含量,有效增加干物质积累,提高穗粒数,进而提高燕麦产量.施用氮肥可增加叶面积和抽穗期旗叶硝酸还原酶活性,进而提升籽粒粗蛋白含量.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of nitrogen(N)fertilizer application timing on the yield and quality of forage oats,specifically using two varieties,i.e.,'Mengyan 1'and'Mengte'.A total nitrogen application rate of 100 kg·hm-2 was used,with 30%allocated as base fertilizer and 70%as top dressing.Four distinct nitrogen top-dressing periods were established,includ-ing tillering fertilizer(N1),jointing fertilizer(N2),booting fertilizer(N3),and heading fertilizer(N4).The control treatment(N0)involved no nitrogen application through out the growth period.The study examined nitrogen accumulation in various above-ground organs of oats,the growth status at the heading and maturity stages,yield composition,and grain quality.The results indicat-ed that different nitrogen application timings significantly affected oat yield and quality.Compared to the control treatment,the N3 treatment resulted in a 30%significantly increase in hay yield and a 65%increase in grain yield.Additionally,the crude protein content of grains from'Mengyan 1'increased by 12%,while the fat content decreased by 10%for'Mengyan 1'and by 7%for'Mengte'.Pearson correlation analysis and random forest relative importance rankings revealed that the primary factors influencing hay yield included the number of grains per panicle,stem dry matter at the heading stage,leaf dry matter at the heading stage,nitro-gen content in leaves at the heading stage,number of panicles,nitrogen content in stems at the heading stage.For the grain yield,key factors included the number of grains per panicle,stem dry matter at maturity,stem dry matter at the heading stage,panicle dry matter at maturity,leaf area.Significant indicators for crude protein content in grains were nitrate reductase activity in flag leaves and leaf area.Nitrogen content in panicles at the heading stage significantly influenced the fat content in grains.In conclusion,applying nitrogen fertilizer during the booting stage could lead to a reduction in the number of panicles per unit area,while simultaneously in-creasing leaf area and nitrogen content.This practice effectively enhanced the dry matter accumulation and increased the number of grains per panicle,ultimately resulting in improved oat yield.Furthermore,nitrogen fertilization could increase leaf area and enhance nitrate reductase activity in the flag leaf during the heading stage,contributing to an elevated crude protein content in the grains.
