基于最大变形量的电力变压器绕组辐向变形程度分析OA
Analysis of Radial Deformation Degree of Power Transformer Windings Based on Maximum Deformation
针对绕组频率响应特性分析法、低电压短路电抗法等难以准确量化电力变压器绕组辐向变形程度的问题,提出一种绕组辐向变形程度定量分析方法.该方法以绕组产生辐向最大强制屈曲变形量时相对于正常状态的短路电抗变化率来表示绕组变形程度.实例分析表明,所提方法适用于同心式绕组,能够弥补现行判断方法的不足,能够准确判断绕组辐向变形程度,特别是对于大容量、高阻抗变压器,优势更为明显.
Aiming at the challenges of accurately quantifying the radial deformation degree of power transformer winding by winding frequency response characteristic analysis method and low voltage short circuit reactance method,a quantitative analysis method for the radial deformation degree of winding is proposed.This method uses the change rate of short-circuit reactance relative to the normal state when the winding generates the maximum radial forced buckling deformation to represent the degree of winding deformation.Case analysis shows that the proposed method is suitable for concentric winding,which can make up for the shortcomings of the current judgment method,and can accurately judge the radial deformation degree of winding,especially for large capacity and high impedance transformer,where the advantage is more obvious.
