脑胶质瘤复发因素研究与中医药防治思路OA
Research on the Factors of Brain Glioma Recurrence and the Approach of Prevention and Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine
脑胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发恶性肿瘤之一,在新型化学治疗和生物治疗的推动下治疗疗效有了一定程度的改善,但恶性胶质瘤复发仍面临新疗法匮乏、无标准防治方案的诊疗困惑,突显其难治性.本文就脑胶质瘤复发因素与预测指标进行探讨,总结了中医药在脑胶质瘤复发中的作用机制,同时提出中医药防治胶质瘤复发的思路,以期为脑胶质瘤患者提供好的预后.
Brain glioma is one of the most common primary malignant tumors in the brain.With the advancement of novel chemo-therapy and biotherapy,the therapeutic efficacy has been improved to some extent.However,the recurrence of malignant glioma still faces challenges,such as the scarcity of new treatments and the absence of standardized prevention and treatment protocols,highlight-ing its refractoriness.This article discusses the factors contributing to brain glioma recurrence and proposes strategies for preventing and treating glioma recurrence using traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide a better prognosis for patients with brain glioma.
