Research on intelligent monitoring and control technology of agricultural machinery

传统农业机械自动化程度低,在作业过程中普遍存在能耗高、作业精度低、人工依赖度大的问题,难以满足现代农业对精细化和智能化的发展需求.智能化监控技术是集成传感器、通信网络、人工智能和数据云平台技术,在农业机械工作过程中具备智能感知能力.本文通过梳理农业机械智能化监控与控制技术,分析机器学习、模糊控制及模型预测控制(MPC)的自适应调控方法在推动农机具智能化发展的作用与提升机制,最后总结出目前农机具智能化监控在发展过程中存在的问题,提出未来进一步推动农机具智能监控技术与多源信息深度融合,并发展农机群协作技术,旨在为进一步推动农业机械智能化、现代化和精细化发展提供技术基础与理论指导.

Traditional agricultural machinery has a low degree of automation,and there are generally problems such as high energy consumption,low operational accuracy,and high dependence on manual labor during the operation process,which makes it difficult to meet the development needs of modern agriculture for precision and intelligence.Intelligent monitoring technology integrates sensors,communication networks,artificial intelligence,and data cloud platform tech-nology,and has intelligent perception capabilities in the working process of agricultural machinery.This article reviews the intelligent monitoring and control technology of agricultural machinery,the role and improvement mechanism of ana-lyzer learning,fuzzy control,and model predictive control(MPC)adaptive regulation methods in promoting the develop-ment of intelligent agricultural machinery,and finally summarizes the problems that currently exist in the development process of intelligent monitoring of agricultural machinery.It proposes that in the future,it is expected to further promote the deep integration of intelligent monitoring technology and multi-source information of agricultural machinery,and de-velop writing technology for agricultural machinery groups,which can provide technical basis and theoretical guidance for further promoting the intelligent,modern,and refined development of agricultural machinery.
