针对赤芍夹体柔韧、与秸秆结合较牢、人工采收劳动强度大且一致性差等问题,设计研制了一种双螺旋对辊式赤芍种夹收获装置.围绕对辊螺旋导向与夹持分离机理,开展结构参数(螺距、直径、间距等)与作业参数(前进速度、对辊转速)配合关系分析,同时采集采净率与破损率两项响应.二次模型拟合结果显示:R2y1=0.98、R2y2=0.98.基于期望函数的多目标优化得到折中最优参数组合,在该组合下,采净率约 98.67%、破损率约3.97%.研究结果证明,所研装置能够在典型赤芍栽培条件下实现高采净、低破损与稳定作业,为赤芍收获机械化与规模化生产提供了装备与参数依据.

To address issues such as the flexible texture of red peony roots,their strong adhesion to straw,and the high labor intensity and inconsistent results of manual harvesting,a dual-spiral counter-rotating roller red peony root har-vesting device was designed and developed.Focusing on the spiral guidance and clamping-separation mechanism of the counter-rotating rollers,an analysis was conducted on the coordination between structural parameters(pitch,diameter,spacing,etc.)and operational parameters(forward speed,roller rotation speed).Two response metrics were meas-ured:harvesting completeness rate and damage rate.Results from secondary model fitting indicated:R2y1=0.98、R2y2=0.98.Multi-objective optimization using an objective function yielded the optimal parameter combination,achie-ving approximately 98.67%completeness rate and 3.97%damage rate under this configuration.The research results demonstrate that the developed device can achieve high harvesting purity,low damage rates,and stable operation under typical Paeonia lactiflora cultivation conditions.This provides equipment and parameter references for the mechanization and large-scale production of Paeonia lactiflora harvesting.
