Restructuring of the data-feedback BOPPPS model in Fundamentals of Chinese Medicine Nursing:an empirical study

目的 构建并验证基于数据反馈的BOPPPS模式重构教学,以提升"中医护理学基础"课程教学效果.方法 采用非同期对照设计,将2023级4个班171名本科护生设为试验组,实施"基于数据反馈的BOPPPS模式重构教学";以2022级4个班227名本科护生为历史对照组,采用常规线下教学.比较2组期末的理论、操作及综合成绩;在试验组内部比较教学前后学习态度、自主学习能力、在线学习力及学习满意度变化,并分析雨课堂平台过程性数据.结果 试验组技能考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),优秀率达67.8%.试验组教学后,学习态度、自主学习能力、在线学习力及满意度总分及各维度评分均较教学前显著提升(P<0.05),效应量大(Cohen's d)介于0.82~1.55.过程性数据显示,本科护生课堂参与度较高(到课率84.4%~99.1%),但视频完成率偏低(45.5%~60.1%).结论 基于数据反馈的BOPPPS模式重构教学能有效提升护生操作技能与综合学习素养,增强了教学过程的可控性,为有限学时内的精准教学干预提供了实证方案.

Objective To develop and validate a teaching framework based on data-feedback BOPPPS model for improving teaching effectiveness of the Fundamentals of Chinese Medicine Nursing.Methods A non-concurrent controlled design was adopted.A total of 171 students from 4 classes in grade 2023 were assigned to the experimental group with a teaching framework based on data-feed-back BOPPPS model,while 227 students from 4 classes in grade 2022 were designated as control group and received conventional of-fline teaching.End-of-term theoretical,skill,and comprehensive scores were compared between the two groups.Within the experimen-tal group,changes in learning attitudes,autonomous learning ability,online learning capacity,and learning satisfaction were compared,and process data from the Rain Classroom platform were analyzed.Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly high-er skill assessment scores compared to the control group(P<0.05),with an excellent rate of 67.8%.After the teaching intervention,the total scores and all dimensions of learning attitude,autonomous learning ability,online learning capacity,and learning satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before teaching(P<0.05),with large effect sizes(Cohen's d ranging from 0.82 to 1.55).Process data indicated high classroom participation,with an attendance rate ranging from 84.4%to 99.1%,though video-completion rates remained relatively low(45.5%~60.1%).Conclusion The teaching framework based on data-feedback BOPPPS model is effectively for enhancing nursing students'practical skills and overall learning competence,improving the controlla-bility of the teaching process,and providing an evidence-based approach for precise teaching intervention within limited class hours.
