生态瞬时评估在老年人身体活动中应用的范围综述OA

Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on the application of ecological momentary assessment(EMA)in physical activity among older adults,and to provide references for the formulation of health intervention strategies for this group of population.Methods Guided by the scoping review methodology,we systematically searched studies on the application of EMA in physical activity of older adults from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science Core Collection,Embase,and Cochrane Library,covering the period from database inception to June 1,2025.The retrieved literature was systematically collated and analyzed.Results A total of 13 studies were included.EMA tools,such as mobile health platforms,wearable devices,and diaries,enabled real-time monitoring and data collection on physical activity and its influencing factors in older adults.By adopting both fixed-interval and random-triggered sampling methods,these tools effectively overcame spatial and temporal constraints and demonstrated good feasibility and compliance in terms of response rates,true positive rates,and average response time.Conclusion EMA can effectively identify physical activity and related contextual factors,and analyze their causal associations in older adults.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the design scheme and implementation process of EMA,expand its application scenarios,and provide references for formulating precise health intervention strategies for older adults.
