光照疗愈环境在ICU患者谵妄预防中应用的范围综述OA

Objective To carry out a scoping review of studies on the application of light therapy environment in delirium prevention in patients in ICU,and to provide references for optimizing delirium prevention and control in ICUs.Methods We systematically searched PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and the Chinese Biomedical Database for lit-erature from database inception to July 20,2025.The included literature was screened,categorized,and synthesized.Results A to-tal of 15 studies were included.Forms of intervention included bright light therapy,dynamic lighting systems,and natural light expo-sure.The specific intervention parameters comprised light exposure duration,intensity,color temperature,patient position,and light source location.The outcome indicators included delirium-related outcomes,physiological parameters,disease management,patient ex-perience,and feasibility.Conclusion Light therapy environment has shown positive effects in preventing delirium in ICU patients.In the future,corresponding interventions should be improved and standardized,and the application scope of light therapy environment should be expanded and promoted,thus to provide new approaches for ICU environment optimization and delirium management.
