癌症患者社会疏离评估工具的范围综述OA

Objective To collect the tools for assessing social isolation of cancer patients at home and abroad,summarize and analyze their basic characteristics,localization and applications,and provide reference for clinical medical staff to select appropriate tools for assessing social isolation of cancer patients.Methods A systematic research was conducted to collect literature in Medline,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL Complete,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM,with a retrieval time ranging from the in-ception of the databases to June 10,2025.The relevant contents of tools for assessing social isolation of cancer patients were systemati-cally analyzed,and the search results were reported by scoping review.Results A total of 38 articles were included,encompassing 17 tools for assessing social isolation of cancer patients.Conclusion Currently,there are diverse tools for assessing social isolation among cancer patients,each with distinct characteristics.However,most of these tools were originally developed abroad,and their effec-tiveness across diverse subgroups of cancer patients remains to be further clarified.Future efforts should focus on validating the reliabil-ity and validity of existing tools,and there is a need to introduce or develop comprehensive and specific assessment instruments tailored to the unique characteristics of cancer patients in China.
