急性冠脉综合征患者就医决策延迟影响因素的范围综述OA
Influencing factors of treatment-seeking delay in patients with acute coronary syndrome:a scoping review
目的 对急性冠脉综合征患者就医决策延迟影响因素的相关研究进行范围综述,以期为未来相关研究及临床护理实践提供借鉴.方法 以范围综述方法学为指导,系统检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库,检索时限为建库至2025年8月30日,对文献进行汇总和分析.结果 共检索851篇文献,最终纳入28篇.急性冠脉综合征患者就医决策延迟的影响因素可分为社会人口学、疾病因素、环境因素、健康素养、疾病感知、应对机制和心理因素.结论 本研究系统梳理并识别了影响急性冠脉综合征患者就医决策延迟的多维影响因素,其中可干预的心理、认知与行为因素是关键切入点,可为医护人员制定针对性的就医延迟干预策略提供循证支撑.
Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on factors influencing treatment-seeking delay in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to provide insights for future research and clinical nursing practice.Methods Guided by the scoping review methodology,we systematically searched literature in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,and VIP from database inception to August 30,2025.The retrieved literature was subsequently collated and analyzed.Results A total of 851 studies were searched,with 28 studies included in the final analysis.Treatment-seeking delay in ACS patients was influenced by sociodemographic and disease-related variables,environmental factors,health literacy,illness perception,coping mechanism,and psychological factors.Conclusion This study systematically identifies and summarizes multi-dimensional factors associated with treatment-seeking delay among ACS patients.Modifiable psychological,cognitive,and behavioral factors are identified as key intervention targets,which can provide evidence-based support for healthcare professionals to develop targeted strategies to reduce patient delay in seeking medical care.
