2010-2025年国内外护士职业压力研究文献可视化分析OA
Visual analysis of literature on nurses·occupational stress in China and internationally(2010-2025)
目的 探索国内外护士职业压力研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为我国护理人员队伍建设和护理学科发展提供参考.方法 以中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集为数据源,检索2010-2025年护士职业压力相关文献,使用Citespace和VOSviewer进行综合分析.结果 共纳入中文文献552篇,英文文献1 766篇;中文文献共获得"职业倦怠"等10个主要聚类群,和"职业性"等17个最强突现词,英文文献共获得"turnover intention"等10个主要聚类群,和"environment"等17个最强突现词.结论 近15年(2010-2025年)护士职业压力的研究热度未减,国外研究整体呈现不断攀升的趋势,国内研究则始终保持低水平的稳定.职业压力来源及影响因素、心理健康损害与职业耗竭、离职意愿及管理支持是该领域的重要热点.未来应立足我国护理制度环境与职业生态,构建涵盖风险评估、动态预警、分层干预和效果评价的职业压力管理体系,为缓解护士职业压力和稳定护理队伍提供支持.
Objective To explore the current status,research hotspots,and development trends of Chinese and international studies on nurses·occupational stress,and to provide references for the development of nursing workforce and the advancement of the nursing science in China.Methods Literature on nurses·occupational stress published between 2010 and 2025 was retrieved from CNKI and the Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were jointly employed for a bibliometric and visual analysis.Results A total of 552 Chinese-language articles and 1,766 English-language articles were included.Among Chinese-language articles,10 major clusters(e.g.,"job burnout")and 17 strongest citation bursts(e.g.,"occupational characteristics")were identified.In English-lan-guage articles,10 major clusters(e.g.,"turnover intention")and 17 strongest citation bursts(e.g.,"environment")were identified.Conclusion Research in nurses·occupational stress has remained active over the past 15 years(2010-2025).Studies abroad have shown an overall upward trend,while domestic research has maintained a consistently low but stable level.Key hotspots include sourc-es and influencing factors of occupational stress,psychological impairment and burnout,turnover intention,and management support.A comprehensive occupational stress management system encompassing risk assessment,dynamic early warning,tiered intervention,and outcome evaluation should be developed based on China·s nursing system and occupational ecology,thereby providing support for alleviating nurses·occupational stress and stabilizing the nursing workforce.
