心理弹性在结直肠癌患者社会支持与工作生活质量间的中介效应OA

Objective To explore the mediating effect of resilience between social support and work-related quality of life among pa-tients with colorectal cancer.Methods A convenience sampling was adopted to recruit 260 postoperative colorectal cancer patients who had returned to work from three tertiary grade-A hospitals in Zhengzhou from April to October 2024.Data were collected using a General Information Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale for Cancer Patients,and Work-related Quality of Life Scale for Cancer Survivors.SPSS 27.0 was used to analyze the correlations among work-related quality of life,social sup-port,and resilience.SPSS PROCESS macro(version 4.1)was applied to examine the mediating effect.Results The standardized to-tal score of work-related quality of life among postoperative colorectal cancer patients was 64.35(53.26,78.26).The total score of social support was 29.00(25.00,34.00),and that of resilience 80.00(61.50,91.00).Resilience and social support were positively correlated with work-related quality of life(rs=0.410,P<0.001;rs=0.431,P<0.001),and social support was positively correlated with resilience(rs=0.364,P<0.001).Resilience exerted a partial mediating effect on the relationship between social support and work-related quality of life,with an effect value of 0.178,accounting for 32.5%of the total effect.Conclusion Social support may be associated with work-related quality of life in postoperative colorectal cancer patients through improved resilience.Clinically,this provides insights for offer-ing intervention clues to patients returning to work from the perspectives of social support and psychological resources.
